Job Description

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary

Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services

Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

Assist with event planning and coordination

Maintain office supplies and inventory Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong customer support and communication skills

Proficient in order entry and data entry
